Editorial Policy

We publish practical information for visitors planning a museum visit, ticket, or guided tour. This page explains how we check details and how commercial links affect our work.

Where our information comes from

We use attraction and tour operator information for visitor rules, access, facilities, and entry details. We use transport authority information for travel guidance.

For bookable products, including prices, ratings, review totals, availability, and what is included, we use GetYourGuide’s product data.

• Attraction or operator information takes priority for how a visit works.
• Transport authority information takes priority for routes and service details.
• GetYourGuide product data takes priority for a listing’s current booking terms.

When information does not match

Details can change after a guide is published. If a booking listing conflicts with a general visitor guide, the booking listing applies to that product.

If attraction information conflicts with our page, visitors should follow the attraction’s current instructions. We update our content when we can verify the change.

How we choose and order products

We compare ticket type, included access, guided or independent format, visit length, and traveller feedback. We also consider whether a product clearly explains what you receive.

Commission does not decide product order. Affiliate income never buys a higher placement, a better description, or the removal of relevant limits.

Prices, ratings, and reviews

Prices, ratings, and review counts are starting points, not promises. They can change with date, availability, product updates, and the booking partner’s listings.

We use reviews as evidence of patterns, such as common praise or repeated practical problems. We do not treat an individual review as proof, and we do not present review text as our own experience.

Affiliate links and bookings

Some links on Florence Fashion Garden are affiliate links to GetYourGuide. If you book through one, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

We do not sell tickets, process payments, hold bookings, operate Gucci Garden Florence, or control entry, cancellations, refunds, or availability. For a booking, payment, ticket, cancellation, or refund question, contact the provider shown in your confirmation.

Corrections and updates

We review reports of errors and update pages when the information can be confirmed. We may correct wording, remove outdated details, or change a product comparison where needed.

This policy is provided for transparency. It does not replace the booking provider’s terms, which govern any purchase. Your legal rights may depend on where you live and on the seller’s terms.
